An enthusiastic crowd came out to celebrate our first window exhibition! It was a movable feast of sorts, with people roving back and forth between Tamara Gayer’s installation and the bar across the street. Video and photos after the jump.

And we’re off! Smartspaces is debuting its first window May 25-30 at 266 W. 37th Street. In collaboration with Smartspaces, curators Kimberly Marrero and Louky Keijsers have selected artist Tamara Gayer to create a site-specific installation, Color Coordinated.

On April 2, more than 100 people came out to support Smartspaces.org…

In late August 2007, Smartspaces.org was selected by the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) to participate in their Fiscal Sponsorship program.
